Submission and payment do not guarantee placement until the request has been reviewed and approved. The PIO Calendar reserves the right to decline or remove promotions that do not align with the platform’s mission or professional standards.

Featured promotions begin either immediately after approval or on the selected future start date. While featured events may also receive additional visibility through email newsletters or social media, those promotional opportunities are not guaranteed. Payments are non-refundable once a promotion has started.
