SUMMARY:Boston AI Week 2026

It should come together — across startups\, enterprises\, universities\, government\, investors\, artists\, students\, and practitioners — as one connected ecosystem.

SUMMARY:Boston AI Week 2026 Summit
DESCRIPTION:One day. One room. The people building Massachusetts’ AI economy — and the evidence to prove it. \nThe Boston AI Summit is the flagship conference of Boston AI Week: a single-track\, one-room gathering of the executives\, founders\, investors\, researchers\, and public-sector leaders shaping AI in Massachusetts. The day opens with the official release of The State of AI in Massachusetts 2026 — what thousands of people across the Commonwealth told us about how AI is actually being adopted — and builds from there: evidence\, then discussion\, then more evidence\, until the closing conversation sends the week off.

SUMMARY:3CMA Webinar: Let Go to Grow: The Leadership Power of Delegation
DESCRIPTION:Delegation isn’t simply about assigning tasks; it is one of the clearest demonstrations of leadership. When done well\, delegation communicates trust\, develops confidence\, builds future leaders\, and creates healthier\, more sustainable organizations. Yet too often\, leaders at all levels hold onto work because it’s faster\, feels safer\, or they’re unsure how to delegate without sacrificing quality. \nWhether you supervise employees\, lead projects\, coordinate volunteers\, manage projects\, coordinate social media\, direct video production\, or run a one-person organization\, effective delegation isn’t about giving work away. It’s about intentionally creating opportunities for others to contribute\, learn\, and grow. \nIn this engaging webinar\, Annie Frisoli shares practical strategies for delegating with clarity\, confidence\, and purpose. Participants will leave with a fresh perspective on delegation and practical tools they can immediately apply to strengthen relationships\, build ownership\, and create greater capacity. \nParticipants will discover how to:\n• Shift delegation from task management to people development\n• Build trust and accountability through clear expectations and meaningful support\n• Empower others to solve problems and make decisions with confidence\n• Avoid common delegation habits that unintentionally create dependence\n• Create greater capacity for themselves\, their teams\, and their organizations

SUMMARY:AWR-329 Leveraging Tools for Coordinated Community Disaster Communications
DESCRIPTION:The better a community communicates\, the more prepared and equipped that community will be to respond to a hazard event. Bi-directional communication sharing of disaster information facilitates improved disaster response execution. The course is designed to help participants to better understand the importance of communicating with different groups at different times\, and to evaluate the various tools available to affect communications.
