DESCRIPTION:AI-Ready\, Not AI-Replaced: Keeping Your Voice While Working Smarter\nGovernment communications teams are often stretched thin\, and there is a growing trend of using AI as a solution. However\, much of the advice overlooks the most important aspect: your voice. This session will demonstrate how to prepare your team to effectively use AI without losing the personal touch. \nWe will explore practical\, day-to-day automation techniques that you can implement immediately\, helping to eliminate busywork and allowing you to focus more on the human elements of your role. Additionally\, we will conduct a live demonstration using a Crisis Communication Simulator that utilizes AI.
